We would like to introduce a case where a Brody disk was tested as a countermeasure for iron powder bridging!

Due to the iron powder having a high specific gravity, vibrations from the vibrator and impacts from the air knocker were almost ineffective, so we tried the Brody disk. Installing the Brodisk is easy! Especially with a small hopper, you can easily conduct tests.

We received a consultation regarding the "model selection and layout plan" as the customer wanted to install a Brodie disk as a bridge countermeasure in a relatively small shoot section. Initially, the customer was considering installing a total of four units, one on each side, but we recommended installing two units on each of the sloped surfaces (for a total of four units). The model is the Brodie Disk Mini (BD-08S-B).
